WHO WE ARE
Tierra is a boutique DTC performance marketing agency built by operators. We've managed $500M+ in ad spend across 300+ brands, and we specialize in one thing: profitable, scalable customer acquisition on Meta, Google, and AppLovin (Axon). We don't do a little of everything. We do paid media and the creative that fuels it, and we do it better than shops ten times our size.
WHY WE EXIST
Most agencies are run by people who've never owned a brand, never made payroll, never watched their own money ride on a campaign. We have. We started Tierra because founders deserve a growth partner who's actually sat in their seat, who treats their budget like it's our own, and who tells them the truth even when it's hard to hear. Growth shouldn't feel like handing your business to a black box. It should feel like a partnership.

We're true operators, not career account managers. Before Tierra, we were brand owners, investors, and super affiliates. We've put our own money on the line, scaled brands from nothing, and felt every win and every wipeout firsthand. That changes how we work. We don't think like a vendor billing hours. LEADERSHIP
ALEX BROWN
Alex has been responsible for over $1B in digital marketing revenue across his career. Before founding Tierra, he held C-level roles at The Control Group, DFO Global, and Amasa, running global marketing teams and $100M+ annual media budgets. A performance marketing veteran and elite media buyer, Alex has sat on every side of the table: brand owner, investor, affiliate, and operator. Outside of work, he's a husband and dad to three boys, which is its own kind of full-time growth strategy.
BRENNAN MACK
Brennan has overseen millions in ad spend and runs Tierra's operations and paid media team, where his fingerprints are on every client outcome we deliver. Before Tierra, he was head of paid media buying at DFO Global and Amasa, scaling campaigns for some of the most demanding brands in direct response. At Tierra, he's also leading the charge on the agency's AI side. Brennan is the reason a boutique shop can deliver at the level of an enterprise one. Based in Maine, he brings a calm, methodical edge to a fast-moving business.
